Elissa and Matt

Today we shot Elissa and Matt's Wedding @ The Admiral Kidd Club.

We started out with a wee bit of Pre Bride/Groom coverage and headed out for some photo fun! Elissa and Matt were exactly that! "FUN" right along with their oh so animated Bridal Party!

Elissa looked gorgeous in her Wedding Dress,her jewelry matched just perfect! Oh and Matt... looked just like Mr. "cool" ;)

The weather wasn't too bad, a bit chilly and windy, but when it was ceremony time, the wind settled down quite a bit~Thank goodness!!

The reception was super fun, they had one singer all night! Phil Shane was his name and I have to say he was pretty great! He didn't leave the reception floor once =)
His dance floor was movin' all evening! Elissa and Matt (like themselves) had a really FUN and energetic group! LOVED IT!

Elissa and Matt, CONGRATULATIONS! Chris and I had a blast with you guys! You and your Bridal Party were so much fun and such GREAT sports! Your guests were gettin' their boogie on and I especially LOVED "y'all's" TEXAS table, they were great too =)

Brittany and Atef

After much re-scheduling due to weather and conflicting schedules, we finally met up with Brittany and Atef. We shot their e-session @ La Jolla cove.
It was NOW or NEVER, as their Wedding is less than a month away and we cannot wait!

So, every couple we meet for their engagement shoots, are always nervous, and that is exactly how Brittany and Atef started out. But man, after they got all of their jitters out (about 5 mins after shooting), they new exactly what to do, and that made for easy shooting, and plenty of good shots =)

We all had a fabulous time, Brittany and I had lots to talk about, ONE she's a girl =) with great fashion sense and TWO she's a hairstylist and dammit don't get us stylist's started. Chris and Atef, well, I'm still wondering what all they talked about =)

Brittany and Atef, WE LOVE you guys! You did really good even though you were so nervous! We cannot wait to shoot your Wedding, you're pros now, so we expect even more from you both =)~
We hope you had a wonderful dinner and Atef, we hope you were able to catch some of them Lakers!

Christine and Brian

Today's Wedding couldn't have gone any smoother! We started out with Christine and her Bridesmaids getting ready @ The Sheraton and then headed out to All Hollows Church in La Jolla. The ceremony was simple,short, and sweet!

Christine and Brian's Wedding reception was held @ The Thursday Club in La Jolla.
We've never shot there before, and I'm glad we finally got the chance to.
The Venue was very cute and intimate.
OK, so the time went by so fast because we were blessed to have such a great group of people to work with including Vendors!

Christine and Brian themselves were GREAT and even better, the Bridal Party rocked!

Lynn Schuster from Pure Planning did wonderful with coordinating EVERYTHING and keeping us posted @ all times! She kicks BOOTAY!!!

Blake Miller (and his cute wife, Linnea Miller) of Pro Motion Entertainment did awesome as usual with the uplights, Photo Montage, and of course with being a great Emcee!

Christine and Brian, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for choosing and trusting IVP Studios to capture your day as it unfolded. Thanks for being so patient and kind to us =) We wish you the best in your lives as it's just the begining =) Your day was beautiful, your friends and families were all full of great energy and GREAT toast's, especially Mr. James Scull ;) LOVED IT!

Amanda and Ryan

Wooohooo Chris and I had a blast with these two! They were super fun, cute, and full of energy!

We met up with Ryan and Amanda @ Tidelands Park in Coronado, where the weather was COMPLETELY different from where we were coming from! It was nice and Sunny in Eastlake and it was gloomy and chilly in Coronado =( I was a bit worried about Amanda being chilly BUT Ryan did a great job keeping her nice and warm =)

Amanda and Ryan brought their bikes that they had bought for each other. They also brought a game that they are both obsessed with...BOGGLE!
It was so cute just watching them both, you can just see the love and spark they have for one another, IT'S CRAZY LOVE I tell yah! Any opportunity Ryan had to kiss his Amanda, he did, and he did it well =) Good job Ryan!

Amanda and Ryan, we had such a blast with you two! Thanks so much for being such great sports and knowing what to do and when to do it!
You made our jobs so easy~ you guys will just need to do it one more time, on your Wedding Day of course! Amanda, your smile is huge and gorgeous~ also like the love you two share! Again, Thanks for such a great shoot! We'll chat soon!
